The drill pipe and drill collar of TZ3080/55 roughneck are designed modularized, effective and safe from 31/2" to 81/2" with light weight, small volume. These characteristics make roughneck applied idealized in land and small marine drilling work. The roughneck is designed and produced according to API-7K, which is easy to maintain and repair. Users could maintain and repair on site but not send it back to original factory service center.

The “V” type tong tooth and four-point clamping layout has greatly improve the performance of the makeup and breakout tong of TZ3080/55 roughneck

completely remote control desk:

In order to ensure the safety of the operators to the utmost extent, it is equipped a completely remote control desk that the operators could operate in the position far away from working machine.

Notice: keep the completely remote control desk clean. Make sure there isn’t any hinder in the range of the operators’ vision
